Our Operations Manager is a critical role in both day-to-day duties and long-term company growth. You’re responsible for assisting in supply, tool, machine, and inventory management. You’ll also be the point person for employee relations, retention, and training. You’ll help drive Lovett Gutters to become stronger through efficiency and standards.
You’re responsible for working in concert with the entire team, including the Owner, Salespeople, and Installers to help ensure the best customer, partner, or vendor experiences.
